This Magnum Designer Series 10mm ABS Upper Brake Line can be used for both single-disc and dual-disc applications. Any additional length needed for handlebar changes will be added to the Upper Designer DOT Brake Line. ABS Touring models require both a Designer Series Upper Brake Line and an ABS Designer Mid-Line Brake Line to complete the connection from ABS Controller to master cylinder. (Go to the ABS Mid-Line Brake Line section for more information.) Dual Disc Dyna models require an ABS 10mm ABS Designer Upper Brake Line along with an ABS Dual Disc Lower. No adaptor or mid-line brake line is required. If ordering for a 2015-2017 Softail with ABS, you will need an Upper Designer Brake Line and either a Designer Lower Assembly for your year and model of bike, which includes an ABS upper brake line adaptor; or you can order the upper brake line adaptor separately (See the Brake Line Accessories product page.) if you are not ordering a lower kit. 2018 Softails require 10mm brake lines for single disc and 12mm for dual disc models. An adaptor is required for all applications and is not included in a lower brake line kit. Stock information for ABS upper lengths can be viewed through the “Search-by-Bike” area.
